
Boot Camp is a high intensity military style outdoor training program designed to challenge all aspects of your health and fitness. Boot Camp will take you to a whole new level of fitness through a mixture of cardiovascular and muscle endurance training. Its intense training that will give you serious results. Boot Camp is designed for various fitness levels and regardless of your fitness level you will be challenged and notice changes by the end of the program. The good thing about Boot Camp is each person starts and finishes the program together. This bonds individuals into a team, making it easier to stay dedicated to the program.

Do I need to be fit to do Boot Camp?
Of course not, that's why you are coming to us. On day one of the course we put all recruits through a basic fitness assessment (BFA), allowing the instructor to have an idea of how they can vary the sessions to each individual to help everyone get maximal results.

What makes Boot Camp so different to other fitness programs?
There are a number of major differences:
• It is run completely outdoors (rain hail or shine).
• There is no where to hide out there.
• Your instructor always knows if you are slacking off.
• Your instructors don't only challenge you physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
• You will see and feel the difference (even) in the first two weeks.
What will I be doing in a Boot Camp session?
The course is designed to challenge you physically & mentally.
You will perform activities including but not limited to:
• Running, Squad Runs (all together as a team), Stair Climbs, Sand Jogging and Hill Training.
• Push ups, Sit ups, Prone & Lateral Bridging, Carry's and Team Strength Challenges.
• Specifically designed Mission Days to challenge the individual and team to achieve a set objective.
• BFA = Basic Fitness Tests - to gauge 'where you are at' before, during and at the end of Corp Training.
Is Boot Camp Safe?
We take every precaution to ensure that you are safe at all times. All our instructors carry first aid kits and are trained to use them. We encourage every recruit to manage their own personal safety by wearing suitable exercise clothing, shoes and to maintain safe levels of hydration during exercise. Each recruit is required to complete a Recruit Enlistment Form and where necessary will be advised to obtain medical clearance prior to commencement. Please note that our instructors can prevent you from participating if they suspect any activity will be unsafe or dangerous for your health and wellbeing.
Who will your instructors be?
All Boot Camp instructors are qualified fitness professionals with the necessary fitness industry recognition and are registered with Fitness Australia as a Fitness Leader.
If I miss a session can I make it up in another month?
The Boot Camp program has a policy where make up sessions are not permitted.
What do I need to bring to my Boot Camp Training sessions?
You will need to wear comfortable workout gear with appropriate shoes you can run in. Also bring a full water bottle and a small towel for afterwards.
How much does Boot Camp Cost? For members of Physique Health Club the cost is $130.00. For non-members the cost is $190.00. The cost includes a drink bottle and a training shirt which will be handed to all participates on there first day.
If I choose not to continue with Boot Camp during a course, will I get a refund?
Once a course commences there are no refunds.
